At Digifinance Rwanda Ltd, we are committed to delivering reliable, transparent, and high-quality digital finance and business services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and clarifies the nature of our services.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

NATURE OF OUR SERVICES

Digifinance Rwanda Ltd provides service-based solutions including:

  • Money transfer services
  • Mobile money and banking support
  • SIM card registration
  • Internet packages
  • Website design and digital marketing
  • ICT training and business support services

Due to the nature of digital and financial services, most services are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once completed or processed.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A service was paid for but not delivered
  • A transaction failed due to a technical issue from our side
  • Duplicate payment was made by the client
  • A service cannot be completed due to internal limitations

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction or service request.

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

The following services are strictly non-refundable once processed or delivered:

  • Completed money transfers
  • Mobile money or banking transactions
  • SIM card registration after activation
  • Delivered website or digital services
  • Completed ICT training sessions
  • Business registration once submitted to authorities

SERVICE CANCELLATION

Clients may request cancellation:

  • Before the service has started
  • Before any third-party processing begins

Once the service is in progress, cancellation may not guarantee a refund.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Provide proof of payment
  3. Explain the reason for the request

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some services involve third-party providers (e.g., Western Union, telecom providers). Digifinance Rwanda Ltd is not responsible for delays or policies of third-party services.

Refunds for such services are subject to the policies of those providers.
